Cancellation & Refund Policy
You retain the right to return the products you have purchased from the company’s website within fourteen (14) days of their receipt, in accordance with article 3e of Law 2251/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1 -891/2013). You can send the products at your own expense to the address you will find on the envelope. In any case, before returning the products, you can contact us via email at contact@dinazaf.com or via Instagram on the page dina_illustrations.
In particular, you reserve the above right to return the product you have purchased, without having to state the reasons, under the following terms and conditions:
(a) You have the right to withdraw from the sale, within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery of the product.
(b) Withdrawal is unwarranted and you are required to return the product in exactly the same perfect condition as when you received it. In particular, the returned product must not have been used, be in excellent condition (“as new”), exactly as before its sale, in its complete original packaging (box, nylon, foam, etc.) which are not they should have tears or wear/alterations) and with all the contents of the original packaging. In addition, in order to accept a return of the product, the original proof of purchase (retail receipt, invoice) must be presented by the person who originally purchased the product and whose details are shown on the proof of purchase.
(c) The return of the product is accepted only if you have previously paid any amount that may have been incurred by the company for sending the product to you and the shipping costs for its return.
(d) If the product arrived to you broken or defective, contact us via email at contact@dinazaf.com or via Instagram on the page dina_illustrations. You send a photo of the product defects, and then, if we determine that the problem actually happened in transit, we replace it for you with free shipping.
